Our Project Team
ANDREW AUSTIN
Drawing on over twenty years of construction industry expertise, Andrew brings comprehensive project development
and financial oversight. As COO of Villa Hills Consulting, he provides consulting services to general contractors and
developers, focusing on contract review and project financial audits. In his role as Project Director at W.E. O’Neil
Construction Co of CA, Andrew manages complex projects and leads preconstruction eorts. Previously, as a CEO of
Pacific Consulting & Contracting, LLC, he guided contractors and property owners with project development and
complex agreements. Earlier roles include Project Superintendent at Shaw & Sons Concrete Contractors, where he
oversaw jobsite logistics and in-house surveying, and Project Management/Engineering at The Whiting Turner
Contracting Company.

JONATHAN WILSON
Jonathan, our VP of Operations, has extensive expertise in ground-up and tenant improvement projects across both
public and private sectors. He excels in coordinating and supervising all field trades, ensuring safe job sites, and
managing demanding schedules. Jonathan has successfully led projects in advanced technology, education,
healthcare, hospitality, and entertainment, including notable projects at Disneyland and The JW Marrio in Anaheim.
He holds multiple certifications and has received 21 Golden Gate Awards and the 2022 ASA So Cal Superintendent
Certificate of Appreciation Award for his outstanding work supporting subcontractors. Jonathan’s leadership ensures
quality construction, eicient project execution, and exceptional client satisfaction.

NATALIE AUSTIN
As President and CEO of Villa Hills Consulting, Natalie has spent nearly two decades providing exceptional project
management services to general contractors and developers. Her expertise lies in business administration, contract
organization, project accounting, estimating, contract negotiation and project buyout. Before founding Villa Hills
Consulting, Natalie honed her skills as a Project Manager for W.E. O’Neil Construction of CA and The Walt Disney
Company. She is known for her adept execution of highly visible, critical, and intricate spaces, consistently delivering
top-notch results and solutions.

GREGG PERRAH
First Licensed in 1995, Gregg has 30 years of experience and expertise in The Southern California Estate Market. Gregg is a Commercial Real Estate Broker and Business Broker.
Gregg is the Owner of The RCFE GROUP (RCFE ~ Residential Care Facility For the Elderly) Gregg has brokered nearly 100 sales and purchases of Senior Care and other types of care facilities, and has unmatched experience and results in The Senior Living Marketplace. www.RCFEGROUP.com
Additionally in 2001 Gregg launched his own CPR company, "Helping Hands CPR" to serve the senior care and other healthcare communities. For over two decades he has cultivated and nurtured relationships with the owners and operators of these various care facilities.
